I am Rozemie. I'm a seasoned lawyer, with 15+ years of experience researching, teaching, and practicing law, both in private practice and in-house. I am passionate about legal leadership and legal operations. I help in-house legal teams become the best, most efficient version of themselves.

I've worked as an in-house lawyer for various tech companies. I've worked extensively on contracts, on commerical, corporate, employment and privacy matters, and I have been involved in M&A.

 

Throughout these various companies and positions, I have experienced the power of connections and team trust, the power of a user-centric and well-designed process, the power of technology in making us more efficient as a team - and frankly, in keeping our head above water.

 

I've been driving innovation and operational excellence within in-house legal teams in various areas, from defining strategy to contract management, request intake, outside counsel management, knowledge sharing, team learning & development, performance & workload measurement, cross-functional collaboration and many more.
